The CRM for your trade
The CRM built for podcasters
Without Standin
You are recording an episode, mic live. A brand proposes a sponsorship and, unanswered, they back another show.
With Standin
Standin builds a CRM made for podcasters: every case, from the first request through to delivery, in your own words. When a project takes all your attention, it answers your leads and keeps each file up to date, so no request goes unanswered.
Free plan, no credit card required.

Built for how podcasters really work
Ordinary client-tracking software is designed for salespeople. For podcasters, it misses the point: you are not running a sales funnel, you are running cases that move over several weeks. Standin starts from your trade and sets up the steps and fields that actually matter, like "Type of collaboration" or "Format".
The copilot takes over when your hands are full. It reads your emails and messages, answers everyday questions in your tone, and fills in the client's file before you have even reached for your phone. You review, you approve, and nothing is sent without your agreement.

“Hello, I am writing on the recommendation of a friend who worked with you. I have a project in mind but nothing is written down yet. Could we talk it through?”
Reply drafted by the copilot
“Hello Emily, of course, and thank your friend for me. A first thirty-minute call is enough to frame it; I then send you a written proposal, with no commitment. Are you free late Thursday afternoon?”

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Standin answers
Can I follow a guest from the invitation to the episode?
Yes. Your stages run from the first contact to publication, through the recording and the edit. Each guest is a record.
Can I track sponsors and their commitments?
A sponsor is a record with its dates, its amount and its deliverables. What is still unconfirmed surfaces on its own.
Can I keep what a guest agreed to?
The notepad takes it, attached to the record: the topics, what is off limits, the promised review. You reread it before recording.
Is Standin a good fit for podcasters?
Yes. You describe your work in a few sentences and Standin builds a CRM made for podcasters: your stages, your fields, your words, not a generic template.
What information does Standin track for podcasters?
Your CRM tracks what matters in your trade, for example "Type of collaboration", "Format" or "Episode date". You can add, rename or remove any field at any time.
How does the copilot answer my clients while I work?
It reads your emails and messages, drafts a reply in your tone and updates the file. You approve before it goes out, or you turn on auto-send if you prefer.
Is it free?
You start for free: you create your CRM and try the copilot without paying.
Do I stay in control of what is sent to my clients?
Yes. The copilot drafts the replies, but nothing is sent without your approval, unless you turn on auto-send yourself.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Standin runs in your browser, on your computer or your phone. There is nothing to install.
How long does it take to get started?
A few minutes. Answer a few questions about your trade and your CRM is ready, already seeded with example records.

How it works
01 · You
You describe your trade
A few simple questions, no jargon: what you do, the stages a client goes through until the job is done, and the details you record every time.
02 · Standin
Standin builds your CRM
A plumber gets job records, a senior-placement advisor gets family cases. The stages and fields come from your answers, with no template imposed.
03
The copilot replies to your clients
During a job, a message arrives: the copilot replies in your words and completes the client record. Anything that commits you waits for your approval.
