Terms of Service and Sale

Last updated · September 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of Standin. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

The service

Standin generates a CRM tailored to your trade and provides an AI copilot that drafts replies and updates your records. Features may evolve over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data and your contacts

You own the data you load into Standin and remain its data controller. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your contacts' personal data and for informing them as required. Standin processes this data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Standin to:

  • break the law or infringe others' rights;
  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • handle data you have no right to process;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Artificial intelligence (important)

The copilot and assistant rely on AI, which can make mistakes, produce inaccurate or inappropriate content, and misread a message. You must review every AI-generated reply and action before it is sent or applied. You remain responsible for what is sent from your account.

AI outputs are not professional advice: legal, medical, financial or otherwise.

When automatic sending is on, Standin adds to the first reply sent without your review in each conversation a sentence stating that it was written by an AI assistant, as the European AI Act requires. Do not remove it, and never present the assistant as a person.

Email sending

When you connect an inbox, you authorize Standin to read incoming messages and to send, from that inbox, the replies you approve. You are responsible for the content you send and for its compliance with applicable rules on electronic communications, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM in the United States.

Plans, prices and billing

Standin offers a free plan, with no card required, and paid plans on a monthly or yearly subscription. The price of each plan, what it includes and its limits are shown on the pricing page and repeated before any payment.

  • The monthly subscription is paid every month and renews automatically every month, until you cancel it.
  • The yearly subscription is paid once for twelve months (two months free compared with monthly) and renews automatically every year, until you cancel it. Canceling stops the next renewal: the year already paid stays usable until it ends and is not refunded, unless you exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • The seller is Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, issues the invoice and collects any tax due in your country. Displayed prices are all-inclusive: the tax of the customer's country is included in them.
  • No commitment beyond the period paid: you can cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason.
  • We may change plans and prices. A price change never applies retroactively, and current subscribers are told before their next renewal.
  • Prices are shown and charged in euros. If you pay with a card or account in another currency, the conversion is done by your bank, at its own rate and with its own fees.
  • Launch offer: three months of the Pro plan are offered to our first ten partners. They are applied automatically to accounts created from a link in our launch campaign, or granted by the publisher. No card is required; when the three months end, the account returns to the free plan with nothing charged. The offer does not apply to an account with a paid subscription and ends once the ten places are taken.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided 'as is', without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Standin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from AI outputs you chose to send. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Right of withdrawal: fourteen days

If you subscribe as a consumer, that is, outside any professional activity, you have fourteen days to change your mind. You do not have to give a reason, and you pay no penalty.

The period starts the day after you subscribe: the day of subscription does not count. If the last day falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, you have until the next business day.

Each paid commitment has its own period: moving from the free plan to Pro or Max, moving from Pro to Max, or taking the phone option each opens fourteen fresh days. Automatic renewals, monthly or yearly, do not: they extend the same subscription, which you can cancel whenever you want.

During those fourteen days, use the service normally, there is nothing to wait for. And if you withdraw, we refund everything you paid, even if you used the copilot or made calls in the meantime. The law would let us keep the share matching the period you used: we do not.

  • From the app: the “Withdraw from the contract here” link, in “My account”, visible throughout the period. You give your name and the address for the confirmation, then confirm.
  • By email to contact@standin.site, with a clear sentence, for example “I withdraw from my Standin subscription”.
  • With the model form reproduced below, filled in and sent to the same address.

What happens next

Any unambiguous statement is enough. The model form is not compulsory for you: it is compulsory for us, who must provide it. We acknowledge your withdrawal by email, repeating your declaration, the date and the time.

The refund covers everything you paid. It happens at the latest fourteen days after we are informed of your decision, using the payment method you used, unless you agree to another one.

As your subscriptions are sold by Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record, it is Lemon Squeezy that pays the refund to your card or account. You do not have to contact them: we start the operation and keep you posted.

The free plan requires no card and involves no payment: there is nothing to refund. You can delete your account at any time from “My account”.

If you subscribe for the purposes of your professional activity, this right is not open to you, unless your business employs at most five people and the subscription falls outside the scope of your main activity. In every case, you can cancel whenever you want.

Model withdrawal form

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

To Chelly Garry (ARIEL TECH), Agnon 3, 4201428 Netanya, Israel, contact@standin.site:

I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/we (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*)/for the provision of the following service (*):

Ordered on (*)/received on (*):

Name of consumer(s):

Address of consumer(s):

Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper):

Date:

(*) Delete as appropriate.

Optional, to help us find your file faster: the email address of your Standin account and the name of your plan. It is not required, and leaving it out delays nothing.

A problem, a complaint

Write to contact@standin.site. We reply within five business days. Tell us what happened and what you expect: in the vast majority of cases, that is enough.

The publisher is established in Israel and does not belong to a French consumer mediation scheme, as that scheme covers professionals established in the European Union. This takes nothing away from you: if you live in the European Union, your country's protective rules continue to apply, and you can bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

The European online dispute resolution platform closed for good on July 20, 2025. No link is offered to it, it no longer exists.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancellation happens online, inside Standin, as simply as signing up. Go to My account: the Your subscription block shows what you pay and your next renewal date, and the Cancel my subscription button shows you a summary before you confirm.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access to all your plan's features until then.
  • You receive a written confirmation by email, which you can keep.
  • After that, your account returns to the free plan. Your records, conversations and settings stay in place: canceling deletes nothing.
  • If online cancellation fails for a technical reason, write to contact@standin.site: your request counts from the date of your message.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is a separate action from canceling, and it is permanent: it erases your data. It is done from My account. If a subscription is running, it is canceled automatically when the account is deleted, and no further payment is taken.

Suspension for misuse

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise, we tell you the reason and give you the chance to reply at contact@standin.site before any deletion.

Each plan includes a number of copilot replies a month, shown on the pricing page and counted weekly. Once the week's limit is reached, the copilot pauses until the following Monday, unless you have bought extra replies.

Extra replies (Pro and Max plans) are bought in packs with a one-time payment: nothing is ever charged without your action. They are only used once the week's limit is reached and stay available until you use them, including if you change plans. A refunded pack removes the replies left in it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law stated in the Legal notice. Changes to the terms take effect when posted.
